We use the details you submit to answer your enquiry, to prepare a quote, and to provide the support services you ask us for. If you subscribe to updates, we use your email address only to send those updates. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where we need to in order to deliver a service you have asked for, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and to maintain a record of work we have carried out for your business. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so, unless we are required to retain them.

Client information

Where we provide support services, our engineers may have access to systems and data belonging to your business. That access is used solely to deliver the services you have engaged us for, and it is treated as confidential.

Cookies and website analytics

This website uses a small amount of aggregate analytics to understand which pages are being read. That information is not used to identify individual visitors, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your choices
